Well fellow Daybreakers we have had a busy month with BBBQs, various zoom meetings and helping other clubs like Bathurst for their Bunnings day, and Oberon for Mayfield garden car parking and wristband checking. I attended Blayney Rotary’s Peace Communities talk which was very informative. It’s great that we are a Peace City already and we can use this for promoting Peace Begins With You and Me. In the spirit of Uniting for Good, we certainly have!!!
Our Rotary Regional Northern group held a Zoom meeting on Sunday to discuss promoting Rotary to the wider community via TV ads which is a work in progress for the district. Sharing our activities and those of other clubs on Facebook is really taking off and everyone please continue to share and like all of our local clubs and beyond posts. This weekend we have ours and Bathurst Bunnings BBQ on Saturday and Sunday. In June Dave and I plan to travel to Woy Woy for their anniversary meeting on Friday 6th. I have started to investigate the swimming lessons for new Australians via BINC, so will keep you posted on any progress. So let us carry on sharing, caring and raising money for our next projects!!!
